Visuals – Banknotes

Hello everybody,

Today, I would like to talk a little about one item you’ll find in the game. It’s the banknotes. In fact, the first part of the game will deal with these papers. As a child, you have some banknotes in your wallet thanks to your father. You want to eat a trdelnik so you’ll use your money.

To do that, we had made some researches to find the good aesthetics of the banknotes. I’ve to say, it’s pretty hard to find some correct visuals of the banknotes of the Austrian-Hungrian empire on Internet. So, sometimes we used some pictures of old banknotes to create our own banknotes. The most important was not to reproduce every banknote but to give to the player the impression of reality. That’s what we did with this banknote of 5 crowns.
